Title: Spinach Dip in Hollowed-Out Sourdough Bread

1 10 oz box frozen spinach, thawed; squeezed out
1 Tub sour cream
1pkOnion soup mix -- your
  Favorite *
1/2cnWater chestnuts -- chopped
1/2cMayonnaise
1 Loaf sourdough bread

* I prefer Knorr's and I have also tried the onion/mushroom and other onion varieties.

Mix spinach, sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and mayonnaise and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put in a hollowed-out loaf of very sour sourdough bread and serve with more bread pieces...yummy!
